If you delete the themes, layouts , profiles etc then they wont appear in the Cpanel button options. You will need to remove the files physically from the JA template folder..

Remember to take a backup of the entire template before you delete anything from anywhere..

Hi,

You can rename the profiles you have created. But I am not sure why you would want to change the name of any profile that is existing in a JA template..
