Hi,

Go to file:
```
components\com_jacomment\themes\default\html\comments\addnew.php
```
and remove these line:
```
<label class="description" id="title1"><?php echo JText::_("COMMENT_AS_A_GUEST_OR");?> <strong><a href="javascript:open_login('<?php echo JText::_("LOGIN_NOW");?>', '<?php echo $ipBrowser; ?>');" title="<?php echo JText::_("LOGIN_NOW_DESCRIPTION");?>"><?php echo JText::_("LOGIN");?></a></strong></label>
