Can’t seem to figure out how to show the images on the Portfolio layout

Steps we have taken to troubleshoot:
    1. Set menu item to Portolio Layout
    2. Set Category field to portfolio
    3. Set Article field to portfolio
    4. Tried setting intro image, as well as a full article image
    5. have the quickstart package downloaded with settings appearing the same

    What are we missing?

Attaching an image of what is being displayed:

Are you certain the file path you specified for where you have the images you want to use is correct?

Can you provide a screenshot of your settings?

Also, can you provide the url of the site you’re working on – with a link to your Portfolio page?

I just checked your site and the image in the article does not exists. I tried to change the intro image but I did not see it in the folder in here. http://prntscr.com/45epmg

Please try to add your intro image again. Let me know how it goes.

If problem still persists, pls send me the FTP credential of your site via PM so that I can fix it for you.

Sorry we change the folder path each school year. I switched it back and you should see the folders now. The article path for these images are high-school/activities/theatre

    Hi angie00,

I just checked your site. This error comes from plugin Content – Masters Auto Read More. Please disable this plugin, the portfolio page will work fine.

In this case, please try to contact with the developer of this plugin so that they will give you the best solution.
