You used wrong classes for email and ‘+’ icons, it should be:


&.aticon-mailto:before {
content: "f0e0";
}
&.aticon-compact:before {
content: "f0fe";
}


I changed it for you.

It’s better if you use editor like Firebug or Inspect Element to customise style on your site.

I seem to have to leave Development Mode ON for all of the 6 font awesome icons to display. Correct?

I don’t know how did you customise this template on your site but I see that in the reading mode, it lacks some styles and it looks weird like that.

You can install quickstart of this template on your local server and make a comparison.

Again, Firebug will help much here.
