I want to display the same logo (now logo.gif in /images template folder) across all sections, no matter the color profile. Currently, when I switch from the default profile for the home page to another section (such as lime) the demo logo appears instead of my custom logo.

You’ll need to either edit the code for the different profiles or change all the other images.

    Hi there,

The logo’s are different for each color profile.

For example you can find the various color logo’s in the following folders :

    /templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/core/themes/cyan-color/images/logo.gif

    /templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/core/themes/deepblue-color/images/logo.gif

    /templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/core/themes/green-color/images/logo.gif

    /templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/core/themes/lime-color/images/logo.gif

    and so on.

You can replace the above various colored logo with your uniform logo.

    hope it helps

    Regards

    Arvind

Apologies for my very brief response above. I cannot check the exact image names from my current location.

I found the core/themes/color-x directories. After replacing the demo logo with my logo, the individual section colors vanished, replaced by the default color. I specify section:color in news2, but still only the default colors appear.

The colors appear correctly on the front page (red for the “news” section bar, for instance), but when I go to the “news” section, it appears in the default color scheme.

Replacing images should not have any effect on the other settings, as the reference call is still the same for the images.

Try cleaning your T3 cache or turn off css optimization for testing.

I did both with no change. If I set the cpanel profile to lime, the front page will be lime (except where I specify a red section bar.) However, when I go to the news section, the color is lime, not red.

Do you have a link to your site?

Sure: NY Indy (Check out the “Local” section – it shows lime on the front page, yet is red, the default color, inside.

Not quite sure what you mean. Currently I see your logo on all pages. Did you clear yuor browsers cache?

The logo is no longer the problem. Something I did while attempting to find a solution for the logo caused the section colors to become inactive except on the front page. For instance, if you hover over the “Local” section on the front page, it is the correct color (lime). But if you actually go to a story in the “Local” section, the color reverts to whatever the default color – although I’ve specified a different color in the news2 module.

how do you center the LOGO? theres too much white space on the header if i moved the search button and make it a meta-item. its driving me nuts already.

    any help would be appreciated!
