I´ve tried changing width of div.ja-slide-thumbs-wrap but no way. Any help??

you would have to play with the slideshow.css file. be sure to keep a backup. Are you using Firefox and the firebug tool extension to find the source template and design issues?

You will make it in the configuration of JA slideshow module.
