    How to divide the mass top in 2 parts and move down the right column?

    how would i go about getting the following change:

    1. I need to change the layout in order to have the content mass top filling the complete width of the template. then divide the mass top in 2 parts,
    the slideshow on the left and one module on the right as it looks now with the tabs.

    2. and have below the columns left , center, right

    the problem: at present if we publish something in the right column like the ja tabs , it starts on the top on the left of the slideshow.

    i need to have the full width in the center (left, center, right) to show a module taking all the width.

    at present it is not possible because if something is published in the right column . it creates the right column.

    thus i would like to place the slideshow and the ja tabs in positions of the mass top (ie mass top let and mass top right)

    thus having the full width of the tmeplate below (provdied i do not publish anything in the left and right column.)

    thank you for some pointers on using the T3 frameowrk to achieve that

    Dear latitude26uk,

    As you know the ja anion are running under the T3V2 Framework and with this framework you can control your block as well as your module positions in the template back-end,Just go to the template back-end >> layouts tab,you would see there the blocks section for the body content

    <blocks name=”middle” colwidth=”20″ markup=”3″ fixheight=”1″>
    <block name=”content-mass-top” style=”raw”>content-mass-top</block>
    <block name=”content-top”>content-top</block>
    <block name=”inset1″ width=”20″>left</block>
    <block name=”right1″ width=”30″>right</block>
    </blocks>

    You can make change here to achieve that you want.

    If this isn’t what you want, please make a picture, draw your idea and we could help you building the layout xml.
