I added this css in your custom.css file .

list-style: none;
}

.ja-bullettinbull-home div{
margin-top: -62px;
}

.ja-bullettinbull-home li{
height: 70px;
}

Open /template/ja magz/tpls/blocks/header.php
find

hello can you clarify me that what exactly you want to change , you want to change the module title size or the article title size .
Please add a screenshot for it , so that i can assist you better

If you want to increase the font-size of your JA -bulletin module .
Add this css code in your custom.css

.ja-bullettinbull-home li
{font-size:12px;}


change the value of font-size as per your need .
