Yes I think I need your help by my way of thinking:

– I will use JA Zite
– For some menus, I need to have the same layout, but different colors for the link, background ans so on.

What is the way to do it?

– Do I have just to make and other style?
– Do I have to duplicate the template ans the change the css?

The way I did it before, I used Jincludes Plugin

Following the guide i have posted above you can create new themes

After you can manage these themes and assign them to the custom profiles you create with your preferred layout
