I opened up the psd file and I hide the layers that have the balloons, and I hide all the other fields, so that just the background of blue with clouds is there. There are no slices and the image size doesn’t match the background image size on the website. There is no user guide or information about how to customize the background and export it out of photoshop so that it can be used on the site. Any suggestions or help about how to size this correctly so that it looks the same just without the clouds????

Dear carlucci001,

Please open ja_events_sourcepsdelementsbg-full.psd , user photoshop Move Tool (V), choice Auto-select: Layer.
After that, click mouse to clouds, you will go to clouds layer in Layers Window. Click disable the layer and save as image.
