hi..
i want to edit the default 404 error page.
like i just want to edit the text category not found.
hv nt found the code in error.php.

what to do?>

Hi dpchap015,

You can change the error message via language file for com_content: /languages/xx-XX/xx-XX.com_content.ini

Suppose that English is your default language, you would open file: /languages/en-GB/en-GB.com_content.ini, find these text fields:

COM_CONTENT_ERROR_ARTICLE_NOT_FOUND="Article not found" COM_CONTENT_ERROR_CATEGORY_NOT_FOUND="Category not found"

change the text in right side as you desire.
