Dear djmarkus,

The Ja Porfolio is a T3 Template and with the T3 Templates you could not edit template HTML IN The template setting,if you want to change something on the tempalte code,just try as following
Copy the file of pluginssystemjat3base-themesdefaultpagedefault.php and put it into the folder templatesja_portfoliopage (create the folder if it does not exists)
Now you can open the copied file to make your changes.
