Hi,
Please guide to me, how to edit margins (up/down/left/right) of any modules like BT_Content slider on the page? Please see the red mark space in attached screen shot.Thanks

You can use firebug or inspect element from the browser tool and override the style using custom.css file.

Its the permanent solution to customise the template.
Override the style in custom.css file and apply your changes. You can add new style as well on already defined files.Regards
