We used default Joomla contact component for the contact page.
to change the language value kindly open site root folder /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_contact.ini

Contact
and

Open to change the language value kindly open site root folder /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_contact.ini
Find

COM_CONTACT_DETAILS="Contact"

change contact with your contact word
