Hi.
I have been unsuccessful trying to edit typography using the ” edit HTML source ” button of the Joomla ” Custom Output ” editor using this template instruction:
The New Blockquote (with open and close quote). Use <div class=”blockquote”><blockquote>Your quote goes here!</blockquote></div>
Thanks in advance for your help! 🙂

Your recommendation works like a charm. Would you mind offering a brief explanation of what I was doing wrong. I will need to understand in order to make other typographical changes.
The two other posters have suggested that the WYSIWYG editor be turned off when editing – not sure how to “turn off the editor”.
In short, I would also like to know if this was an HTML coding problem caused by some additional tags being added by the editor. Which editor is recommended? Any suggestions are welcome! 🙂 🙂

I am trying to recreate the ” Testimonials ” module ( located at center of page and to bottom right of slideshow ).
There is some additional formatting. How would I modify the following code block so it mirrors the ” Testimonials ” module. A copy and paste from the editor does not work.
<blockquote><span class=”open”>Y</span>our quote goes her<span class=”close”>e!</span></blockquote>
Thanks in advance!
