How to enlarge the font size of the horizontal menu bar without touching the global font settings?

I would like to change only the font size of the horizontal bar menu.

Hi Viet Vu,

How to change the font sizes of the frontpage display touching the global font settings? The default font size from the templates are just too small to read. When I change Global Font Settings, the whole sites fonts are affected automatically. Please advice. Thank you.
