I see the site max width is 970px, how could i enlrage it, for example to 1020px?

Pls open templates/ja_rutile/css/template.css, then find lines:

#ja-wrapper {
width: 970px;
margin: 0 auto;
}

Then change the width with your desired value. Clear your browser cache after saving changes.
