Hi

I checked your website , first to make any other change i can suggest to update, using ja extension manager component your T3 Framework version and also your template version , you are using very old versions for both.

First to make the updates take a whole backup of your website ( database and folders )

I changed your home page menu item type as category blog and it is showing all articles now

you need to change your article structure to add the read more inside the specific category showed on home page
