    I joined JoomlArt today and I was just wondering how does someone get help with the ticket system down?

    Regarding to your question on support, please don’t worry! Here at JoomlArt, we do provide the support on:
    1. The ticket system
    2. The Forum – which is here

    The ticket system is currently under maintenance. However, this would not make any impact on our support. For both of the system, we do commit the 24hrs response (or less depending on the number of tickets/threads per day), and we’re off on the weekend. Hence, if the ticket system is under maintenance, you can always post your problem/issues here on the forum.

    For posting on forum, please do find the correct forum section correspondingly to your issues. For ex., if you are looking for help on JA Magz, you should be posting in JA Magz forum. This applies for extensions as well :D.

    This is of corse if they reply to your tickets.

    Seems they like to ignore the ticket i posted. Sigh.

    The developer in charge has just replied to your latest ticket already. Please check the ticket #TIO-831-26250 again.

    Also, I want to clarify that we never ignore members’ tickets, however depends on ticket’s difficulty level, we may take longer time to come up with an answer. We should have sent you a notification instead of letting you wait aimlessly though, really sorry about that and we promise this situation will not happen again.
