I would like to show category blog layout in such a style: image at left side, and texts (all texts including the article title and author name, and date, and ratings, and intro-words ) at right side.

See the attached screenshot image, that is what I want.

I tried the vblog and eblog and pblog views offered by this template, but no one can do that.

Is there a way to do some "HTML overriding" job to achieve this?

Hi
Either you have to customise a pre-made layout or you have to create a new layout override in the template folder , that makes pretty custom work and efforts .
The path to creating override will be /html/com_content/category .
Here is documentation if you would like to define the new layout .
