Do you have any more info that might help to know what your problem is. Do you have multilingual site?

One thing is that mayby you pasted the text in not using UTF8. I have had similar problems with Norwegian.

If you use Windows, copy the text to Notepad and “save as” making sure the fine is UTF8. Just one suggestion. Hope it helps.
