It’s on every page except for the "Kontakt" page which is setup with foxcontact.
I used the Ja Medicare already about 2 years ago and didn’t have this issue. I don’t know if its template or joomla related…

Add below code in custom.css file to hide the page title

.page-title, .page-header h1 {
    display: none; }

for the image its generated in the Meta data from the article code . I need to your site super user details to check this .
