Hi everyone,

it liked to use the Contact Layout (span4/span8 columns) in the normal layout from beranis. My first attempt was to replace the template/html/com_contact from beranis with the same files from fixel.

But this didn’t change to much. Is there an easy way to get the same structure. I would adjust the look with css.

Hope someone has an idea.

Hi Oliver,

The layout styles of Contact page on JA Fixel are defined within templatesja_fixelcsstemplate.css file at lines from 3521th to 3706th. You can try to copy and paste to the same file on your Beranis site.

Make sure the Contact menu has the same backend configuration.

Hi Leo,

thanks for you help. This just changes the look like fonts, color aso. What i’m looking for is the layout. Exactly the span 8 and span 4 two colums like in fixel.

Hi Oliver,

The Contact menu page layout depends on the layout of template style assigned to it. You can compare such assigned layout in both Beranis and Fixel templates.

Then duplicate the same layout (templates/ja_beranis/tpls/) of Fixel in your current Beranis template and assign to the contact page. I think this step should work fine, however it will take you time to compare the layouts/blocks carefully.
