I have the my template configure with "Position & Responsive Configuration" as landing and I would li,e to have the sections like on the demo site on my home page. How can I do this?

There are the demo section I want on my home page.

You can configure the page With help of the template documentation given Here .
Follow the docs and configured the extensions and you will have same view .
