Hi,
I’ve got a problem with the ‘User5’ position, I’d like it to appear like the demo – It displays an image with a title “Highlight module”.

Now the title’s not a problem but how can the image be displayed like the demo?

Any help much appreciated.

If you installed the quickstart it should look like the demo? If not start again and use the quickstart then just modify the content?

Thanks for the reply Shannon, I’m afraid I haven’t used the quickstart I use fantastico to install joomla but in the future will probably use quickstart from what you’ve said.

There’s too much content in there now for me to reinstall so is there an easy fix to get it working?

I see it’s been answered great I hope it works, RE the quickstart method, if you want the demo look yes it’s the way to go, I have made several videos on installing a qs live so when you’re ready PM me for a link to the videos it’ll guide you easily

Hi,
I’m afraid not, the _highlight gets rid of the menu name/bar I just need an image displaying like the demo.

If it helps there’s an image in the article it’s linked to so I thought it would insert that one automatically.

best for you: use quicksatrt on your localhost or creat new directory and to compare it with current site.

Hi Shannon,
I too am trying to get the same look as the demo. I had already installed joomla before buying the JA_Opal template. I tried uploading all the files in the quickstart folder except for the install folder.
I noticed no change to the look of the site. Do I have to start from scratch – erase and re-install?
Also, I would love to see the videos you created.

I have the same problem, the picture is not displayed like in demo, here i mean the picture is without FRAME, how can i fix this problem ? The template and modules are installed with quickstart….
