In the top left of the module you can choose 3 type of layout (The black box) now you have first layout.. try to choose the second

No, my question is with the “default layout” selected.
Not with the “linear layout” or the “pulse layout”.

Any idea ?

yes, it is more a modification.

So in janews pro (I take the sports section of the demo as an example), when we go anywhere on the sports section, there is a roll over on each category: footbal, cricket, tennis > football, cricket and tennis will turn green.

Is it possible to have a rollover on a category at once?
Example, when I pass on the category tennis, just this category should turn green.

It would be possible but would take quite a bit of effort to re-code, it is not a standard feature of the extension as it stands. If you really need it maybe it would be best to hire someone to make the modifications.
