I see that the template says i can start and stop the menu display based on levels.
I have both set to zero to show only the parent of each main menu item.
can somebody help me to only show the parents in the main menu?

example: I only want to show Fruit, Vegetables and Meats in the main menu. not the sub-cats

Main Menu
Fruit
apples
oranges
grapes
Vegetables
carrots
onions
peppers
Meats
steak
sausage
kabob

Open your Main Menu in the menu manager and unpublish the items you do not want to display.

If you want to use the Main Menu elsewhere on the page then create a copy of it and use that one.
