    How do you hide the font and site adjuster bar that appears 1/4 down from the top?
    It has the three A’s. Please see http://www.thinkfsi.com

    I looked at the template settings and set Display template tool to ‘no display’ but this didn’t work.

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    You were in the correct area (Template Manager) but it looks like the file is currently “Unwritable.” It’s hard to read what the red letters say but that would be my guess. Set the parameters for the /params.ini file to 777, make your adjustment and then return the folder to its proper parameters.

    Hope this helps. 🙂

    I think another way is to switch another template to ‘default’ in the template manager, then open the Magela template (which is currently not set to default) and then the file should be writable.

    Thanks for the replies. I made the file writeable and resaved the changes. Unfortunately it is still showing.

    I opened the params.ini file manually and the last setting is set to 0.

    userTool=0

    Any other thoughts as to where this is controlled?

    Thanks,
    Jaime

    This is a bug! I had the same problem too! For the bug-fix code have a look at http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/screen-type-hide/
