Hello,
I’m trying to accomplish a design for my "joomla articles" where the masthead will be fixed with an image in it that I can hyperlink to another page/article to, but the right side (the main content) will scroll vertically (and potentially horizontally if the user’s browser window is smaller). What is the best way to achieve this?

See attached images. One is the article image and where I want the "masthead" and the other image is one I found on the net.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Of course, a masthead would be the best possible option so I can change out images and text easily.

Hi,

It will require customization to achieve that or you can try with a 3rd party extension floating like that.

Okay, but could please explain what you mean by customization? Meaning, do you charge me for modifying the module? Or do you help me and provide the basic of what and where I need to customize the module?

Any help would be great.

It would require JS / CSS knowledge to customize / implement a module like that. It’s better if you seek for a suitable Joomla module supporting this feature in Joomla Extensions Directory
