November 14, 2011 at 11:53 am #424576Hi cndship
Thanks for your PM
I have checked your site and i think there was a misunderstanding
you are using the template Ja_Social 1.7 and K2 version 2.5.1 for joomla 1.7
The image you posted above is referred to the Ja_Social for Joomla 1.5
Joomlart templates before Ja_Tiris are not developed and tested ( and released ) for K2 component because them was released before the Joomla 1.7 stable version of the joomlaworks component..
Anyway this not means that you cannot use the K2 component on Joomlart templates like Ja_Social, but this is done at your own risk, because any malfunction or incompatibility between the two softwares cannot be attributed to the Joomlart template,
After this clarification i can say to you that the social icons field can be filled in k2 component management with your own code,
to do this go to Components–>K2 –> Parameters –>Social Tab and fill it with your code

November 14, 2011 at 12:50 pm #424585Ok, I figure out the problem for the k2 now, and another question is: why the social sharing link in the frontpage appears not to be in good order, there is large space from the content?
