people, I´ve used a lot of joomla applications fron joomlart but i have a proble with this componentes (i´m new in this topics)
How can I include a new employer or how is the wah for it? I was reading the user guide but i dont understand how the aplicantion works

I wonder you concern how an employer/job seeker can create account. JA Jobboard shares default Joomla user database.

When one signs up on JA Jobboard, he firstly activates account as a standard Joomla user. At his first login then, he updates account profile to be either Job seeker or Employer.

this process is not instinctive at all and it one of the mayor basics flaws of this system.

Please tell me how to add a new employer WITHOUT using the front end registration form. I want to do it via the admin back end interface.

There is a lot of work to be done in this area.
