Hi
Kindly open template folder /tpls/blocks/topbar.php file
Find
```
    <div class="col-sm-4 hidden-xs">
```
change it with
```
    <div class="col-sm-8 hidden-xs">
```
Now find
```
            <div class="col-sm-8">
```
replace it with
```
            <div class="col-sm-4">
```
