Open templates/ja_university/templateDetails.xml file, find and remove the following code at the end of the file

<option for="all" value="hide" hideRow="true">setting_screen, setting_direction</option>

then in Joomla Backend you go to Extenions – > Template manager – > Ja university -> open the layout tab
