There is a “secret key” field on your login page . . . . looks like that info is needed as well to be able to view your site (so I can provide you with the most appropriate recommendation for your site)

Within your Template Manager — Profiles — Global Settings — Template Width . . . .

. . . . . select “Wide”

OR

you can select “Specified” and then enter a pixel value in the field below.

No .. You may need to fiddle around with the relative CSS for those elements to get them properly lined up.
