You can go to the template setting >> layout tab ,here going to edit the default layout ,you would see a block tag like this
<block name=”top-panel” type=”modules” style=”raw” main-inner=”1″>top-panel</block>change it to
<block name=”top-panel” type=”modules” style=”raw” main-inner=”1″>top-panel,janewsticker</block>Now you just install the ja newsticker module and assign it to the janewsticker position.
