Gotta be honest . . . This video is very difficult to view and follow – even when expanded to full screen (very blurry).
Perhaps you can recreate this video using a more universally viewable tool – such as Camastia Studio

In the meantime, we do have this easy to follow step-by-step tutorial on HOW TO PERFORM A QUICKSTART INSTALLATION
