Quickstart includes joomla1.5, database sample and template. So you only install the quickstart, don’t need install joomla 1.5 . example :
Teline ii quickstart includes joomla 1.5 , database sample and teline ii template . then install it you will have a site like in demo : http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_teline_ii .</blockquote>
HI, I just downloaded the teline iii and I have three zip files I got. Where is the documentation for the latest download where I can follow steps to install this on my local server. It would be nice to have a comprehensive doc. Also you guys talk about quickstart package, where is it in?
Is it inja_teline_iii_extra.v.1.3.zip
ja_teline_iii_source_files.v.1.3.zip
ja_teline_iii.v.1.3.zipIn none of these there is documentation. or where to start and how…
Please help.

RaoThats the zip file you need to download. Unzip it and you will again see 3 folders. Extensions. Quickstart and Templates. Open the Quickstart folder.
and read this thread for steps to install using quickstart. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/how-to-install-ja-quickstart-using-xampp-windows/

November 4, 2009 at 10:27 am #322532I tried to use JA Mona, but after the quickinstall I get a blank page. the index.php does not seem to work. The same happened with JA Teline III
I don’t have a clue what’s going on. Never had this problem before.
I tried it on my local drive. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

November 30, 2009 at 12:20 am #325248There is one important step missing from these instructions.
After you upload the and extract the zip file you have to unzip one more file
Look in the folder called “quickstart” (no caps) and you’ll see a file
Unzip this file in the Root directory of your Joomla install. Now your done.
You can now type in your URL and be greeted by the Joomla install screen.
December 4, 2009 at 9:55 pm #325751I get the following error message after trying to select to install the sample data:
Notice: Undefined index: DBtype in /home/cwarepan/public_html/installation/installer/models/model.php on line 764
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JException::getNullDate() in /home/cwarepan/public_html/installation/installer/helper.php on line 290
Help please!!

December 11, 2009 at 9:51 am #326336<em>@Hung Dinh 66345 wrote:</em><blockquote>JoomlArt provides quickstart package for each template which aims to easy to use and comfortable for users. It will help you save much time of installing and configuring if you plan to start your site from the beginning.
Installing Quickstart package is quite easy as you install the normal joomla!. Please follow these steps:
- Download the quickstart package from JoomlArt download section
- You have 2 options now:
- Upload the zip file to your host and extract it using cPanel or other File Manger Tools if possible.
- If option above not available, you can extract the zip file in your local machine, and upload all file to your host using FTP client program.
- Start installation by typing your URL to the quickstart that you have extracted (uploaded). The installation page should be appeared as normal Joomla! installation.
Follow the instruction step by step to complete installation process. While install, please remember to install Sample Database to have all JoomlArt designed content, module and components settings.
After you have done your installation. Just rename or delete folder installation in your Joomla! folder. And now you have done! Just refresh your site to see changes.

Thank you so much. Can I ask one more question of you?My logo size is approx 375 x 115 and when i overwrite the Jja_selini logo only a part of my logo can be seen. I’ve tried shrinking to fit theirs but it doesn’t look so good.
Again many thanks
