I have sucessfully loaded the template JA Tiris on my hosting account. I need some help.
I went through the entire user registration process for my site and I received the errorI did not receive a email notifying me that I was successful in registering nor did I get a notification on the ADMIN side saying that a new user had registered.
I went through to complete a sale without registering and after completing the sale I am taken to a blank page
“http://nbtherbal.com/index.php/jshopping/checkout/step5save”.
I set up the Redirects but they are not working correctly.I did not receive a email notifying me that a sale was made.
Can you help.

For the Recpatch issue you need to add public and private key in the Recaptcha plugin in Plugin manager .
+ Check in Joomshopping settings which plugin you are using .

. Please check the settings . System>> Global configuration>>> Server >>>Mail settings
+ User manager >> User>> Super user >>Edit>>> Receive System emails >> Yes . >>>
+ Contact to your hosting provider to check your mail server is working .Hope it helps you .
