The Quickstart.zip file does not seem to want to upload through the administrator installation page. Is it intended to simply be uploaded via FTP to my server? What about the DB?

Hi. You upload Quickstart, unzip it and install as a new joomla, you must install sample data, and you will have a site like demo

While you install quickstart you will see a button is Install sample data (as when you install new joomla), plz kick it
