Hi sweetjane03,

The Facebook comments box on JA Wall template is an integrated social service inside the single article layout that allows the users can use their FB account to make a comments on the website’s post and it also meants your post link will be noticed on user’s FB wall.

I don’t think that Facebook will send a notification mail to you when a user posts a comment via FB comment box on your site. However, you can try on a 3rd party FB comments extension to get comment notification like i.e All Facebook Comments Box
