    Please have a look at
    http://neven-jansen.be/blog/
The “Home” Page (the page Home points to) contains an HTML-component (titled “Welkom”)
and then points to Featured Articles. As there are no featured articles, a white bar appears.

    Here comes the question:
How can I remove the white bar? I would like to let the “Home” button point to itself, not to a blog
category or some article. Can this be done?

Any help or pointers to help are greatly appreciated.
    thanks,
    Frank

I understand. But is there an easy way to let the home page only contain the custom HTML-module and nothing else?

    Hi

    Of course it’s possible

You must go to Main menu –>Home –>and change the Menu Item Type choose single article after you can choose your article with your custom html inside.
Otherwise if you want insert a module in your Homepage you can use the Load Modules plugin (loadmodule mod_login for example ) inside your article.
