Hi

To have your site like the demo site you need to install the quickstart version of the template

Here you can find a guide on how to clone the demo site and make a quickstart installation

I have had the quickstart setup done for me, but the site does not look like the demo. faithontap.com.au

Any suggestions on what I need to do?

Try to download again the quickstart package make a new db and clean your previous installation folder

so you can start again with a new installation don’t forget to install sample data at the end of installation procedure.
