hello,
i need to use JA Toppanel but instead of making it show in the top, i need it to show in the bottom,

like this website: http://www.georgetown.edu/

how this is possible? does JA Toppanel have an out of box configuration to display in the bottom?
or there are changes that shall be made?

create a position below the footer and add this module to that position. thats it

does the panel stick to the view or it will scroll up with the page?
we need the panel to be sticky same to the example i gave above
