I am trying to use a JA Fontpage module along with JA Teline III template.

I am having articles showing up in both the JA News Frontpage module and within the actual front page whenever I label it as a front page article.I only want the front page articles to show up in the JA News Frontpage module.

Any ideas?

It is impossible because default front page articles will be displayed in homepage. We couldn’t change it this way.

I’ve installed the quickstart and I see a number of front page articles showing only on the JA News Frontpage module but not in the default front page. This is actually what I want with my new page.

But my problem is with a fresh installation of Jateline III template + JA News Frontpage module. When I create a new article and then label it as a front page item, it will automatically show up in both the JA News Frontpage module and again as a new front page item in the same page.

I hope I am clear with my question.

I’m sure I am missing something but I am yet to figure it out.

Which quickstart package you’re using to get that result?

I’ve finally found a way out to this problem.

Adjusting the Intro and leading parameters in the Parameters (Basic) of the frontage layout to 0 will do the trick.
