the g+ button opens a new tab rather than a popup (unlike the twitter button) and shows image and title to another article? Path seems, however, correct and indeed the correct article is linked. How to fix ?

The other social buttons work fine.

Popup works only on FF, but not Chrome 🙁

The g+ link in Social module is https://plus.google.com/117963610439492525866/posts which reaches the correct g+ page. Maybe not relevant to the problem?
