    Hello,
    im pretty new to Joomla and not very experienced with it as a warning 🙂

    Im trying to increase the distance between the mainmenu and the main content so the JA Slide Show Module´s picture is more visible.

    like this :

    Can anyone point me to how to achieve this ?

    Do I need to manually edit the template ? Or is there a way to do this over the GUI.
    At the moment I have the JA Slide Show Module positioned on the slideshow position.

    Thank you in advance

    Sincerly

    You find the code from /modules/mod_jaslideshow/assets/themes/kranos/style.css

    #ja-slideshow {
    min-height: 320px; < increase the value
    }

    Thanks for the suggestion, this really worked but increased the width of the background image. I also want to increase the gap between the menu and the starting point of the content.

    I have changed the css as said above and increased the height to 420 instead of 320. But I did not noticed the increased gap.

    Hello thewebmaster,

    Would you mind get me a few screenshots for more clarifications? Then I shall know what you are trying to achieve.
    Right now, I am quite not sure where to start.

    Then can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose your problem.

    BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

    Best regards.
