can some one suggest how we can have a full screen view as the margins with grey background on sides minimize the impact of template

Hi
you can follow this doc to change the layout width of T3 template
Slideshow does not have style for use the full width , in this case you need to apply pretty custom work for adjust the style with help of developer . Such work is out of support scope .
