January 11, 2016 at 9:48 am #843989I updated with:
.sections-wrap .section .section-inner.tbtdeslideshow.sl2 { padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; }
It works now.

January 11, 2016 at 2:05 pm #844193I changed in ‘custom.css’ file which is also recommended as custom code in this file will not be affected when you update template.
Have a nice day!!!
January 21, 2016 at 10:18 pm #864896Hello Saguaros, I have the same issue with style 1 and intro images (the first in coprorate). I also checked this person’s website and still his images are cropped. The issue is first that the intro-images slider in small screen disappears completely, The second is the with the hero slider style 1 some part of the actual image is lost in different screen sizes.
- This could be solved by preparing a different size of the image? I use 1920_1080 (while in the demo the images are 1920_1280)
- With the "cover" background size option the top padding seems it is not an issue, but still in small screens the image stretches and distorts
- I played with different numbers in percentage for size and position but with no luck.
- For images in general using/setting an img-responsive class usually solves the issue, but here seems that it needs some additional configuration.
I am working locally so i cannot provide login.
Thank you in advance!

January 22, 2016 at 8:35 am #865157Could you try with ACM – Slideshow – Style 2 as I suggested for romolo in previous post?

- Forget the joomlart modules you already used
- Buy unite revolution slider
- install and configure. leave module configuration to default
- Put (in unite revolution component) the configuration below: same container size with your pic, (i used 1920*1080) full width auto responsive and padding 20px (that worked for my corporate version) any other configuration to your liking.
saguaros I am sorry but I was waiting all day for a response and I see that you did not even take the few minutes necessary to login and check my problem.
I assumed that your templates are premium and professional as well as your support. I am a professional and I delayed delivering 2 websites due to this issue. Therefore, please refund me and thats it. I will pay for templates that at least work as expected, and even if they dont the developer takes the time to support them. Also saguaros to check that the above process is working, you can visit the link I have already sent you. The about us section is according to your suggestion, and the one I created is at the services section. I checked it extensively and now the module is fully responsive without any additional configuration INSIDE your template. Meaning probably that you somehow have messed the styles of it. If I am missing something please direct me to understand my mistake. In every other case please refund me, and I promise I will never spent a week on any of few templates i downloaded again.
Also please delete or make private the post that I made with the link to the simulator.

January 25, 2016 at 1:34 am #867212Did you try using [Container] Slideshow Style 1 plus Hero Style 1 modules for the slides. Works for me at all screen sizes and ‘ no padding’ works too in Block Extra Class.
Good luck.

January 25, 2016 at 3:55 am #867374Hi @lim15geo,
Kindly check from the beginning of this topic, I did mentioned that type of slideshow is used for another purpose and also recommend romolo to work with a different type and it works properly.
You can simply change to that type of slideshow and if it doesn’t work, just let me know so I can help you out as site of romolo.
January 25, 2016 at 8:10 am #867522Hello Saguaros, did you check the site i sent you? the option you suggest changes the structure of the slider. please check the 3 pages (home/about/services/). I did follow your instructions and resolved the issue as described above.
You did not comment on anything else on my previous message..January 25, 2016 at 2:50 pm #867837Hello @timtecsa,
sorry did not get your post. yes I tried them as you can see above and the result was disappointing. Am I missing something here? I thought T3 and those guys here are professionals. I see that most configuration needs so much time to do trial and error that it would be best to do it myself. I do not claim myself to be a joomla guru but I have made some more than average sites. By no means I am a total beginner so I understand what I am saying. Am I missing something?? (again i am asking myself 🙂 )
You are here for years so i would appreciate your opinion not necessarily on this specific issue but on your overall experience. -
