How do I make the Top Menu into a submenu using the JA Antares template?

For example, when the user clicks on ‘Projects’ on the Main Menu, I’d like them to see the submenu items on the Top Menu. I don’t want to use the Main Menu for this.

A quick reply would be appreciated!
