hi

1. how can i make the top menu fixed and all modules above that menu fixed?

but not home styles. i want it the way it is.

1. i created modules on top of of the t3-header. why doesnt it appear on the home templates? it only appears on the other pages.

Hi
On your site the Home header is style-4 and the other pages use the default header style . Both are different this is reason it not showing on home .
To make the Header sticky with the top spotlight blocks .
First you have to add this code in custom.css file

.com_hikashop .t3-header {
    position: fixed;
}

Also you have to load the custom position blocks in the header file . so it will load under header and will be sticky .
